Revitalizing

After several years of playing, various parts of a piano, like in any other mechanical device, will begin to show signs of wear:

    • Keys will begin to become uneven or unleveled, feeling slightly different from one another.
    • Distortions in the sound, noises, and an unbearable metallic timbre will become more frequent and distracting.

This is when revitalizing can be extremely beneficial. Several simple procedures can eliminate the above problems and pour new life into your piano, warming up the sound and enhancing the feel, without resorting to serious repairs or restoration. I will be more than happy to discuss all of this in detail with you at your piano.
